Where do we even start? There simply aren’t enough positive words to describe how exceptional our experience was with Central Florida RV Center. Their customer service stands in a league of its own—thoughtful, responsive, relationship oriented and consistently going the extra mile. After a disappointing experience with a national RV dealership that ultimately fell through, we couldn’t be more grateful it did. Right in the middle of that process, we spotted a coach listed on RV Trader and reached out the next morning. The owner personally answered the phone, setting the tone for what would become an outstanding experience with this family-run dealership. They provided a detailed video walkthrough on Friday. By Sunday, I had flown to Florida, where the owner picked me up at the airport, brought me to the dealership to see the coach, provided a vehicle for me to use, and made sure I got safely to my hotel. The following day, they patiently walked me through every feature of the RV, allowed me to test drive it, and even brought food before the owner drove me back to the airport. Reliable, dependable, honest business. I flew in from the midwest and was picked up from the airport late evening by the owner Dewayne. He took me, the wife, and friend straight to his lot to view the RV. It was the real deal unlike some fake sites I ran across. The RV was beautiful inside and out. As it was very dark outside we could not wait to see it in the daylight. Dewayne gave us a free loaner vehicle and had us follow him to a good place to eat. Dewayne did not want to leave us because we're new to the area. The next day the staff was awesome from the technician who went over every inch of the RV inside and out to show all controls and compartments. Stephen took us on a test drive and was kind as we hit the road for about a hour. Jacob our sales rep was very honest as he sent numerous pictures and FaceTime live to show the RV existed. The transaction was shockingly all day, but as Jacob says there is no rushing with a RV. We drove the RV home 15 hours with no problem. I reached out to Central Florida RV Center through their website overnight because I was looking to sell my Class A diesel pusher. By the next morning, just hours later I received a call from Jacob. We discussed the coach, I sent over photos, and he quickly got back to me with a price that we agreed on. About an hour later, Jacob reached out again to let me know his father, Duane, would be on the road within the hour and driving the 2.5 hours down to pick up the coach. I was shopping around for an rv trailer when I stumbled onto Central Florida RV’s ad on RV Trader. They had the trailer I was looking for way less than anything comparable that I found. I contacted them by phone and they confirmed that they had the trailer and the out the door price right over the phone. I went there half expecting an unpleasant surprise but I was wrong. If I could rate these guys higher I would. Where to start? I found an RV on line that met what I was looking for perfectly. I contacted them and they responded very quickly. Duane,(the owner), spoke with me and answered my questions while driving to pick up a new bus for one of his other clients. We asked to have a FaceTime call to see this coach and he had his son get back with us within minutes. Long story, we ultimately purchased the RV, after a lot of back and forth to make sure we were satisfied, and then flew in to Orlando to pick it up. Duane had us picked up at a local hotel and drove us to his facility where we began our journey. This is where we met James. James started to explain everything, (In great detail), so that even I could understand. (First timers). He made it so my wife felt comfortable as well. After going over the entire outside, we then went on a test drive where my wife and I drove this beast for the first time. Upon our return, Duane took us to a fantastic Italian lunch with a very relaxing outside meal. Then we got back and James started with us on the inside. By the time we were complete, it was about 7pm. We then signed all the paperwork and became proud owners. Since it was so late, Duane offered for us to stay on his lot and gave us a car to drive and get around for the night. He then met us the following morning to see us off on our new journey. (WHO DOES THIS) But it didn't stop here. We ended up in St. Augustine where we found a problem with our new bus. Duane had his other son, Steven, stop what he was doing,(on his way to a wedding with his family), and he came to our site and helped us get through this with a smile and even more education. (That's dedication to customer support) These guys are the best. I cannot recommend them enough for helping someone on a journey to owning an RV. Central Florida RV Center.  Apopka, Florida Of course we did a 5 Star review. If there were 50 Stars available we would have done that and those may have not been enough! There are many, many businesses around the country that could take a lesson or two on how to provide “Great Customer Service” from Central Florida RV Center and The Kimbriel Family! Here are some key words to describe the team at CFLRV: Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism along with Customized Personal Service. They all made you feel as if you were a part of their extended family. I flew down to Sanford/Orlando from Michigan on Friday morning July 5th. The Kimbriel’s were enjoying the holiday weekend “at the beach” yet Duane was there at the airport to greet me and drive me straight to the dealership so I could see the coach. On the way he described the motorhome as a “very good, older, quality coach which is fairly priced”. That was a very accurate statement! The exterior is Cabernet Gold with the interior Spicy Maple which has a cabin feel. That is exactly what we like. We love it! Duane gave me time to look over everything on my own then packed up the coach to take me out on a test drive, which turned into a driving lesson for me. Duane made me feel confident I could drive the 1,300 miles back home to Michigan. After our return Duane gave me the keys to the 2009 American Allegiance, access to the lot, a vehicle to use (for five days) free of charge and some of their favorite restaurant recommendations after I checked into my hotel. Only then did he return to his family but was just a phone call away if I needed anything. Monday after the holiday the team was right there going to work. Stephan went through the coach inside and out with me so I was familiar with all of the functions. Jake who got the coach ready for sale with nice touches and photos was there to help send me off and got me whatever I needed beforehand. “Behind-The-Scenes” Courtney had all of the computer and paperwork ready more than ahead of time. James who is their very experienced RV Tech/mechanic was going over last minute checks for my trip home and even commented “I learned something new today”. Very engaged! Monday afternoon all was ready to move the motorhome over to the campground and set up. I drove the coach there, through downtown Apopka in heavy traffic, with Stephan following me in the borrowed car. He made sure I was set and then returned home. Tuesday morning I picked my wife up at the airport, dropped her things off, returned to the lot, turned the car in and that was it! On Wednesday morning my wife and I started the trip back to Michigan. We took our time and 3 ½ days later we were here at home. During our time on the road I spoke with Stephan a handful of times with any questions I had. No question was too small and he made sure we arrived back in Michigan safely. There is a reason why Central Florida RV Center has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. We will definitely use the services of CFLRV in the future should the need arise. During a recent trip to Orlando, we experienced a problem with our RV the afternoon before we were to leave to head back to Canada. We just happened to be driving by the dealership and we crossed our fingers and hoped they could help. My first contact was with Steven the owner’s son and he said they were totally booked up but he would take a quick look just to let me know what was wrong. It turned out to be one of our propane regulators was shot and we would need a new one. Instead of turning us away he said he would help as we would be unable to use our refrigerator or hot water heater for the return trip home. They did not have the part in stock but he checked with their supplier and they did. He asked Mack thier parts manager to pick up the new part first thing in the morning and told us to be there at 9:30am to have it installed. When we showed up it turned out Steven was called out on another job but he asked one of their service techs James to install the new part. The install took about 2 hours and it was a pleasure watching James’s work as I held the flashlight to help him as he needed both hands free. I have an extensive mechanical background and I have to say that James really new what he was doing. He didn’t let hard to reach bolts deter him and he kept to the task and soon our RV was back in business. If I am ever in the market for a used RV, I will be definitely be calling the guys at Central Florida RV as their attention to detail and customer service is second to none. We just drove away in the most beautiful 2005 Newmar Essex from Central Florida RV. We found it on RV Trader and were skeptical about a purchase 1000 miles away. Duane picked us up at the airport and the excellent service continued from there. We arrived to the coach highly detailed and in a covered area so we could take our time to inspect it. Their goal is to return coaches to their factory spec. Ours had been gone over with a fine tooth comb. I think what sold us was that the leather arms of the couch were showing some minor wear and they had leather arm covers made. They advertised the unit with new tires and I expected generic ones. Instead they had mounted a complete set of new Toyos. They gave us all the time in the world to look the coach over and had zero sales pressure. I just bought the cheapest motorhome they had on their lot which they had put a ton of work and money into and in my opinion, probably lost money. However, this is a family run business and they take great pride in customer satisfaction, I spent seven hours with, Dwayne, Jacob, Steven, and James scouring over the RV while they taught me about the systems and actually repaired a few small items along the way. I cannot say how enjoyable it was to work with them and end up buying this RV, I had actually driven 16 hours to look at a different RV which did not work out. however, Central Florida RV was there to save the day. During our search for a newer Newmar product we came across a listing by Central Florida RV Center. Our first contact was with Jacob Kimbriel. Jacob was very patient with us and did not use any high pressure techniques. He answered my many questions and went above and beyond to do so, again was very patient with me. This was very important as we were looking at and would buy the class A coach without us physically looking at it. I did do my own due diligence by ordering an independent inspection. With a normal RV dealer I would not have been at ease enough to buy from remote. However, Jacob built my trust with him and their dealership. I highly recommend Jacob and the rest of the staff.
